His mother, Kathy Sledge, is the international recording artist of the Grammy- nominated group, Sister Sledge. His father is renowned musician, Philip Lightfoot, Sr. His gift for rapping started around age 13. Kae Williams III (Blackboy215) is the son of writer/producer Kae Williams Jr. who worked with Arista records 1st R & B band "Breakwater". He later went on to work with and produce such artist as Bootsy Collins, Change, BB&Q, Kathy Sledge, Pretty Poison, and Cindy Lauper.
Darryl Arnez Williams D.A. grew up in Chestnut Hill, PA., a suburb of Philadelphia. I am the youngest son of pioneer radio personality, Kae Wiliams Sr. He was instrumental in the careers of legendary artist such as Solomon Burke (who is also D.A.’s godfather) , B.B. King, Doo-wop group - The Silhouettes, and Yvonne Baker and the Sensations. His brother Kae Jr. was a member of the funk group ‘Breakwater” who was the first R&B band signed to Arista Records. The early influences of these and other artistic individuals impressed upon me the belief that the human spirit is capable of creating the most powerful force in the world. HOPE. Looking back upon the lessons learned over my lifetime, I realize that purpose, focus, and relationships are the key ingredients to success-full living. D.A.’s musical background has given him an appreciation of the artistic nature of humanity and his spiritual path has given him insight into the connection between music and the progress of humanity. D.A.’s beliefs state, “there has never been a significant shift in the consciousness of humanity that was not preceeded by, and accomplished without, musical form.” But he continues, “what about the greats of our own era. The Sounds of Philadelphia, The Motown Great, and the Soul of Stax and the legendary blues artist who have contributed so much to the American m usic scene. Darryl is a firm believer that external change manifests because of and in direct relationship to the release of divine potentialities within. D.A. hosts FreshTouch Communication radio broadcast and is currently in the process of launching an Internet Radio Network committed to maintaining music legacies and promoting indie artist.
Lamonte McLemore began singing with Florence LaRue, Marilyn McCoo, Bill Davis and Ron Townsend. They became known at The Fifth Dimension. Hear the story of this transformation group.
D.A. grew up in the musically enriched city of Philadelphia. Philadelphia, long remembered as the birthplace of many historic epics in this nation, but often forgotten as a major contributor to the American music and media climate. His father (Kae Williams Sr.) was one of the original pioneer African American broadcasters and his brother, (Kae Jr.) a major music producer and member of the first African American band (Breakwater) signed to Arista Records under Clive Davis. D.A. himself is a drummer, motivational speaker, spiritual coach, video editor and most recently CPO of Full CirKle Media Group. D.A. says “it took many years to understand the challenges that he witnessed many entertainers enduring as they were carving the musical genres, which we all take for granted today”. He has since learned that the price of innovation and progress is in fact costly. Starting in Internet radio less than a year ago, he has since launched his own Internet radio station (WDKK RADIO), committed to maintaining the rich musical and broadcast legacies which the pioneers fought so hard to establish. He brings a wealth of understanding about the music and radio industries, a keen sense of how internet technologies offers a unique opportunity, and a heartfelt passion that now is the time to “create” the changes in these industries so many desire. So Join us Thurday October 8, 2009 at 6pm est as we meet the man of the hour, Mr. D.A. Williams!

On this episode of Side Show, we will be airing our full, & unedited, interview with graphic designer, photographer, & artist Steve Parke. Who is Steve Parke? Among other artists, Steve worked for rock star Prince from 1987-2000, his first gig being painting the stage for Prince's "Glam Slam" video (from Lovesexy, 1988). Steve has photographed the likes of Prince, Chaka Khan, Larry Graham (from Graham Central Station, and Sly & the Family Stone), AC/DC, Bon Jovi, David Bowie, F Deluxe's Paul Peterson & Susannah Melvoin, Wendy & Lisa, Sheila E., Victor Wooten, & even designed & illustrated the CD packaging for Heroes Soundtrack. He's also done work for HBO, Warner Brothers, Discovery Channel, Arista Records, DC/Vertigo Comics, & Tab/McGraw Hill. Steve, and your gracious host, talk about everything from music, to Minneapolis, to how he got started working for one of the most then-mysterious and enigmatic rock stars in the universe, Prince. Steve talks about his design of album covers, photographing people, and the ins-and-outs of working for one of the most unpredictable musicians known. However, Steve's personal, and professional motto has been "Don't Do Typical", which makes working for Prince a near-perfect fit. Or was it? An edited version of this interview was heard on The Ernest Experience Radio Show back in June, but this is the full and unedited interview. There will be no commercial breaks, nor will we be accepting callers, however you can still listen by phone (347.746.EERS) or by Skype. The show will run over a bit, so if you wish to hear it all LIVE, claim your space on the phone. Otherwise, the complete interview will be in the archived podcast.

Join me as I talk to Friend and One of the Most trusted and respected Astrologers/Numerologist we have .. Zoe Moon began her journey as a singer/songwriter with BMG Music and Arista Records, traveling the country, connecting with others of varying spiritual disciplines, sharing song and insights, and honing her techniques as a reader. She worked in television and film where she connected with her first clients, a base which has grown by word of mouth, through referals. She works fulltime now as an astrologer, writing here and for GlitterBall Magazine, Manchester Gossip, The Cosmic Path, OM Magazine, and Vault of Heaven. She is busy doing radio interviews as well as her own weekly show on CBS radios Newskyradio, Thursday nights at 5pm pacific/8pm eastern
Ohio born Zoe Moon originally moved to Los Angeles to pursue music. She signed a publishing deal with BMG Music and recorded for the legendary Clive Davis Arista Records, touring across two continents. She headlined her own shows and opened for many personal favorites, including David Bowie, Sir Elton John, Beck, and Hole. Having been initiated into the esoteric world at a very young age, it was natural for Zoe to read astrological charts for those she met on the road, in the studio, on set, or at her concerts. The technical director on "Will and Grace" approached her to shoot a reality show titled "The Adventures of the Abductees," featuring her band, which aired nationally on cable television for a year. Zoe next came aboard on an independent film company to write, direct, and star in spiritually edgy projects she and her partners would develop. "Zoe" means "Circle of Life," and is the root word for "zodiac." As her name implies, she began to come full circle when the film industry began pursuing her to read for them. She has spent several years as a much sought-after counselor in private readings for top directors, producers, actors, and writers, and other insiders who are trying to time their premieres, shoot dates, auditions, casting calls, contracts, and to find the right chemistry between actors. Zoes popularity crosses all lines, as is evidenced by her loyal following on "The Zoe Moon Astrology Show," a live one-hour radio show every Thursday night on CBS radios "The New Sky Radio," at 5 pm PT/8 pm ET. Honoring the life and legacy of Whitney E. Houston Born into a musical family on August 9, 1963, in Newark, New Jersey, Whitneys success mightve been foretold. Her legendary heritage is as familiar as Americas greatest icons: the daughter of famed singer Cissy Houston (who made her name in the Drinkards gospel quartet, and later the Sweet Inspirations vocal group of Aretha Franklin and Elvis Presley renown); and the cousin of singers Dee Dee Warwick (who introduced the original 60s versions of "Youre No Good" and "Im Gonna Make You Love Me") and her sister, superstar Dionne Warwick. Whitneys mother and cousins nurtured her passion for gospel music since birth. As a teenager, Whitney was already singing on the scene in New York, and records with her first young performances in the 70s and early 80s album credits with such eclectic acts as Michael Zager, Chaka Khan, Herbie Mann, the Neville Brothers, Bill Laswells Material, and others are much sought-after collectors items. In 1983, near the end of Aristas first mega-successful decade of operation, Clive Davis was taken to a New York nightclub where Whitney was performing and signed her on the spot. Two years went into the making of her debut album, but the results were worth it. The self-titled Whitney Houston (March 1985) launched Aristas second decade, and yielded a string of hits including "You Give Good Love" and three consecutive #1 singles, the Grammy-winning "Saving All My Love For You," "How Will I Know," and "The Greatest Love of All," which has become a veritable anthem. Not only did the album establish her as an important new recording artist, but it went on to sell over 12 million copies in the U.S., plus many millions more abroad. This LP set the record as the biggest selling debut album by a solo artist.
